Eavestrough

The Process

1. Our salesperson will meet you at your home and do an exterior inspection to determine what needs to be done. During this inspection they will take photos so you can see and understand the nature of the problem. During this process they will:
   1. Inspect the soffits for damage and determine if replacement is required.
   2. Check for proper ventilation points.
2. You will be provided with a written quotation that outlines the work required and materials to be used.
3. When you decide to go ahead a date will be set for the installation.
4. On the date of installation you will meet with the installer and his team and receive an explanation of what is being done and how.
5. Protective barriers will be placed to protect landscaping, extensions, decks etc. Exterior furniture, planters and similar items will be moved to a safe location.
6. The existing eavestrough will be removed and disposed of.
7. New fascia (if required) will be installed and properly vented.
8. Eavestrough and downspouts will be installed.
9. The entire work and surrounding area will be cleaned and all debris removed.
10. Items that have been moved will be returned to where they were.

Amazingly, this whole process is usually completed within a single day. It is commonly scheduled at the same time you are having a roof replaced in which case, separate crews will be handling these jobs.
